• Orders Over $200 – Free shipping within the Continental U.S.

• Orders Under $200 – $29.99 flat rate for Standard Ground shipping within the Continental U.S.

• Swatch Orders – Free shipping (First Class Mail or vendor’s method) to all 50 states & U.S. territories.*

  • Limit: 15 swatches per order for free shipping.

  • Delivery: Up to 10 business days.

  • No Expedited Shipping for swatches.

• No Shipping to PO Boxes.

Orders under $500:  $79

$500-$1,000:  $189

$1,001-$2,000:  $350

$2001-$7,000:  $485

Per Phillip Jeffries’ company policy, sample shipping is currently limited to the 50 U.S. states. We truly appreciate your understanding and are here to help with any questions.

Delivery Details

All fabrics and wallpapers are shipped as rolls by UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery (up to vendors discretion).

In-stock items:  estimated 5–7 business days.  Most items typically ship out in 2-3 business days.

For products shipping from outside the US, or direct from suppliers outside warehouse the estimate is approximately a two-week delivery window*. 

*Andrew Martin, Clarke & Clarke, Cole & Son, GP&J Baker wallpaper, Innovations, Maxwell Wallpaper, and Phillip Jeffries Vinyl may take 7–10 business days for deliver. 

If you need something expedited, it is always best to check with us first.  If you have a time-sensitive order, please ensure you take this information into account.

Expedited Shipping

For expedited options, call 800-497-8042 or email sales@theworkroom.llc.  Expedited shipping orders can only be placed by telephone request during business hours.

Please Note: Order processing may take 1–3 business days and same-day shipping is not guaranteed. For expedited shipping, please consider this processing time. Items stocked outside the U.S. and items shipped direct from the mill are not eligible for expedited shipping. All orders are subject to approval and weight limitations.

Swatches/samples cannot be expedited.  Samples may take up to10 business days for delivery.

Delays caused by FedEx, UPS, or USPS are beyond our control and are non-refundable.

Please note: Manufacturers listed under "LUXURY BRANDS" are excluded from the free shipping policy.  Actual shipping charges may apply for luxury brand vendors.
