Created for interior designers, decorators, architects and other qualified design professionals, The WorkRoom Trade Program offers tiered pricing and personalized support across our extensive collection of luxury fabrics, wallpapers and trims.

Preferred trade pricing, personalized project support and access to more than 300,000 luxury fabrics, wallpapers and trims—all through one trusted sourcing partner.
Tiered Trade Pricing
Approved members receive a private trade code once their account is established, providing preferred pricing, complimentary shipping on eligible online orders within the continental United States, and convenient online ordering of luxury fabrics, wallpapers and trims featured on our website.
The second tier provides a higher discount and is available by manual order request only. These orders cannot be placed online and are subject to actual shipping charges.
Eligible purchases are tax-exempt with a valid resale certificate. Trade pricing cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special pricing.
Preferred Trade Pricing
Approved trade members receive preferred pricing on eligible fabrics, wallpapers and trims. The WorkRoom focuses on competitive final pricing—not headline discount percentages—along with transparent order requirements and personalized project support.
Trade Order Minimum
All trade orders require a minimum merchandise purchase of $500, excluding shipping and applicable taxes. This minimum applies to online and manually requested trade orders. Manufacturer minimums and selling increments also continue to apply.
Personalized Assistance
Our team can assist with sourcing, quotes, stock checks, samples, minimum-order requirements and lead times. We can also help source luxury collections that cannot be displayed online because of manufacturer restrictions.
Direct-from-Brand Shipping
The WorkRoom does not stock merchandise. Products and samples ship directly from each manufacturer, so items from multiple brands may arrive separately. Processing times, shipping methods and sample availability vary by brand.
Eligibility
The WorkRoom Trade Program is available only to qualified design professionals located in the United States. Applicants must provide a valid resale certificate. Once approved, members receive an assigned trade tier, private pricing code and applicable sample benefits.
Trade Sample Support
Approved trade members may request sample assistance for active client projects. Sample availability, quantity limits and any applicable charges vary by manufacturer and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Complimentary samples may be offered at The WorkRoom’s discretion based on project requirements and account activity. Shipping charges may apply. Phillip Jeffries and other manufacturer-restricted products are excluded.
Important Exclusions and Manual Orders
Phillip Jeffries products and samples are excluded from all trade pricing, promotional codes and complimentary sample offers.
Trade-priced Innovations, Pindler, Winfield Thybony and luxury collections that cannot be displayed online because of manufacturer restrictions must be requested manually. These orders cannot be placed online and are subject to actual shipping charges.
Pindler samples are unavailable under the manufacturer’s sample policy. Additional restrictions may apply by brand.
