Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

Our ordering system is designed to process and ship orders as promptly as possible. For this reason, order cancellations must be requested before the order has entered the shipping or production process.

Orders may ship within one hour to several business days, depending on the brand. We strongly recommend submitting any cancellation request on the same day the order is placed. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations are not guaranteed, as items ship directly from individual brand partners.

To request a cancellation, please contact us in writing at sales@theworkroom.llc, or by phone during our regular business hours.

Please note:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

Once shipped, orders are non-returnable except in cases of verified manufacturer defect or damage in transit. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for further details.


Exceptions to Cancellation

Any made-to-order items, special production items (ordered specifically at the mill on your behalf), and pillows cannot be cancelled. Once these items enter production, the order is final. No cancellations or returns will be accepted on any custom product or special-order items once production has begun.

Approved backorders from Innovations, Pindler, and Scalamandré are also excluded from cancellation once processed.


Cancellations Initiated by The WorkRoom

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel an order due to the following:

The order is flagged by our system as potentially fraudulent

The item is no longer available

A pricing discrepancy has been identified

The item is not eligible for international shipping

The order does not meet vendor-specific minimums or order increment requirements

If your order does not meet vendor requirements, we will either issue a revised invoice or offer the option to cancel. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions for details on minimums, order increments, and shipping eligibility.


Payment and Refunds

If your order is successfully cancelled prior to processing, your credit card charges will be voided. In cases where payment has already been captured, the charge will be fully refunded.
