How to Order
You can place orders online or by phone. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a Purchase Order (PO) number. For luxury brands not listed on our website, please contact us directly.

Do You Keep Stock?
We don’t hold stock; all items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. For stock inquiries, feel free to reach out via email, phone, or live chat.

Quality Guarantee
All products are first-quality and guaranteed authentic. We are an authorized dealer for all the brands we carry.

Payment Methods
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, ShopPay, and wire transfers. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

Order Quantities
Fabric and trim are sold by the yard, wallpapers by the roll or panel. Please check each product’s page for specific measurements. Orders must be in full yards or rolls.

Minimum Order
Typically, the minimum is one yard for fabric or trim, and one roll of wallpaper. Some brands may require higher minimums.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 8-72 hours. Expedited shipping options are available by telephone request only. Most items will arrive in 3-5 business days once shipped. Some items may take up to 15 business days for delivery.

Back-Orders
We will notify you of any back-ordered items, and you can choose to wait or cancel with a full refund.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected for orders within the U.S., based on your state’s requirements.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a refund minus any fees. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Returns
Custom orders are non-returnable. We only accept returns for manufacturer defects or shipping damage. All returns require prior approval.  For more information on our return policy, please refer to our return policy.

Swatches & Samples
Swatches are available for $6 each. For the most accurate fabric match, we recommend ordering a cut-for-approval (CFA). Contact us to arrange CFAs.

Discontinued Items
We cannot order discontinued patterns, but if you’re looking for a specific item, please reach out for assistance.
