Swatches and samples ship complimentary via First Class Mail or the vendor’s chosen method to all 50 states and U.S. territories.*
Limit: 18 swatches per order

Delivery Details
All luxury fabrics and designer wallpapers are carefully rolled for secure delivery via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your order.
In-stock items typically ship within 1–4 business days, arriving in approximately 5–10 business days. Each order ships directly from the brand or design house, ensuring authenticity and the highest quality.
Select designer brands such as Andrew Martin, Clarke & Clarke, Cole & Son, Colony, Phillip Jeffries Vinyl, Winfield Thybony, and items shipped from international suppliers or directly from the mill may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
Many wallpapers from Kravet, Lee Jofa, GP & J Baker, and Mulberry are now printed on demand—a sustainable and custom process that typically requires 2–3 weeks for production and delivery.
Samples of our fabrics and wallcoverings usually ship within 1–4 business days, depending on the brand, and may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your purchase to discuss expedited or priority shipping options. Each order is shipped directly from the brand, guaranteeing you receive authentic designer materials for your next interior project.

For expedited options, call 800-497-8042 or email sales@theworkroom.llc. Expedited shipping orders can only be placed by telephone request during business hours.
Please Note: Order processing may take 1–3 business days and same-day shipping is not guaranteed. For expedited shipping, please consider this processing time. Items stocked outside the U.S. and items shipped direct from the mill are not eligible for expedited shipping. All orders are subject to approval and weight limitations.
Swatches/samples cannot be expedited. Samples may take up to ten business days for delivery.
Delays caused by FedEx, UPS, or USPS are beyond our control and are non-refundable.
Manufacturers listed under "LUXURY BRANDS" are excluded from the free shipping policy. Actual shipping charges may apply for luxury brand vendors.
