Complimentary Shipping

Sample orders ship complimentary within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Full-size merchandise orders of $200 or more receive complimentary standard shipping within the continental United States.

Excludes Phillip Jeffries and select Luxury Brand vendors. Please see Luxury Brand Exclusions below.

Samples & Swatches

Ordering samples before placing a full order is recommended so you can review color, texture, scale, and material in your space.

Samples typically arrive within 7–10 business days and ship directly from each brand. USPS First Class shipments do not include tracking, and samples from different brands may arrive separately.

Maximum 18 samples per order, with one sample per pattern.

Sample availability and shipping destinations are subject to each manufacturer’s policies. Innovations does not ship samples outside the continental United States.

Delivery Times

Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days, depending on manufacturer availability. Fabric and wallpaper are carefully rolled for secure transit via UPS, FedEx, or USPS — some deliveries may require a signature.

A few categories take a bit longer, typically 7–10 business days:

Expedited Shipping

A few things to know:

• Processing still takes 1–3 business days; same-day shipping isn't guaranteed
• Items stocked outside the U.S. or shipped direct from the mill aren't eligible
• All expedited requests are subject to approval and weight limitations
• Samples can't be expedited

Delays caused by FedEx, UPS, or USPS are outside our control and non-refundable.

Brand-Specific Notes

Phillip Jeffries ships only within the 50 U.S. states. We're happy to help with alternative recommendations if you're outside this range.
