STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES:

Orders $500 and up: Free when shipped within the Continental U.S.

Orders under $500: flat shipping fee of $25.00 Standard Ground when shipped within the Continental U.S.

Swatch Orders:

Free via First Class Mail or the brand's preferred method to all 50 States and US Territories.*

15 Swatch Maximum per order for free shipping.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes.  Swatches/samples may take up to 10 business days for delivery via US First Class Mail or manufacturer's preferred choice.  They cannot be expedited. 

Swatch shipping is only for swatches, not yardage items.

ALASKA, HAWAII & PUERTO RICO / US VIRGIN ISLANDS

Swatch/Samples ship for free via US First Class Mail per manufacturers discretion*

$500-$1,000:  $189.00

*Innovations will only ship samples to the contiguous US.  Please contact via email or telephone to order.

All fabrics and wallpapers are shipped in rolls by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. 

If products are in stock, the general delivery time frame is estimated at 5- 7 business days.  For products shipping from outside the US, or direct from suppliers warehouse the estimate is approximately a two-week delivery window*. 

*Andrew Martin, Clarke & Clarke, Cole & Son, Innovations, Maxwell Wallpaper, Phillip Jeffries Vinyl items may take 7-10 business days to be delivered -- no expedited shipping.   Items that ship direct from the mill cannot be expedited.   If you need something expedited, it is always best to check with us first.  If you have a time-sensitive order, please ensure you take this information into account.

For Expedited Shipping options, please call 800-497-8042 or email us at sales@theworkroom.llc.   Please note that some orders may have a 1–2-day time frame for order processing. We apologize that we cannot always guarantee same day shipping on your orders. Items that are stocked outside of the US cannot be expedited.  Subject to approval & weight limitations. 

Swatches/samples cannot be expedited.  Samples may take up to10 business days for delivery. 

Any delays in shipping from internal issues of the shipping company are the responsibility of FedEx, UPS, or USPS and are not refundable.
