Coral Fabric by the Yard

Coral fabric spans the warm, vibrant zone between pink and orange — from soft peach-coral and dusty terracotta-rose through bright living coral and deep coral-red. At The WorkRoom, our coral fabric collection covers the full coral spectrum in printed, woven, velvet, and performance constructions from leading luxury brands.

Coral in an Interior

Coral is one of the most universally flattering and warmly energising accent colours in residential design — like pink, it is associated with human warmth and physical approachability, but with a brightness and vitality that pure pink lacks. Coral pairs naturally with turquoise and teal (the most classic complementary combination), with navy (for crisp, nautical contrast), with warm white and cream (for the most summery, coastal-inspired schemes), and with deep green (for a richly natural, organic combination). The Pantone Color of the Year designation of Living Coral in 2019 brought the coral family into mainstream residential consciousness, but coral's role in design long predates that moment — from Hermès orange through the warm terracotta of Tuscany to the peach pinks of English chintz, coral has always been one of the most useful and beautiful warm accent colours available.
