JAB Anstoetz

Josef Anstoetz established JAB in 1946 in Germany. His company focused on providing decoration and upholstery fabrics. Thanks to its continuous success, in 1968 the first foreign subsidiary of JAB is opened in Paris and Lyon. The next year a new design studio for textiles is created under the name of JAB Dekorationen. In 1973 a new subsidiary company opens in Milan and Rome, following with the creation of a floor covering design studio named JAB Teppiche. Six years later, in 1979, the British subsidiary comes to life under the name of JAB International Furnishings. In 1990 the brand continues its expansion with subsidiaries in different European countries such as Belgium, Netherlands, and Spain.
