Lelievre Paris

Maison Lelièvre was established in Paris in 1914 by Henri Lelièvre. The brand started as a high-end textile studio offering contemporary designs for residential projects. Throughout the years its catalog has expanded to include more than 100,000 archives, becoming one of France’s best designer, manufacturer, and distributor of high-end fabrics and decorative accessories. At The WorkRoom, we carry the complete collection of Lelievre Paris fabric, wallpaper and furniture. Please contact us for pricing or product information. Request a quote.

The company has a Creative Studio, where designers draw inspiration from art, travel, and French heritage, translating ideas into unique fabrics and collections that are timeless and that convey emotions. In order to oversee the whole creative process, Lelievre Paris not only has its design studio, but it also owns a historic weaving mill located in the Loire. This mill still uses traditional manual weaving looms where extraordinary silk fabrics are produced according to the brand’s specifications. The group of master weavers can create beautiful products such as brocades, velvets, and silk brocades with gold and silver threads, thanks to the company’s Jacquard system that has been in use since 1806. Being an artisanal work, the products are weaved slowly, from a few centimeters to several meters per day. For projects that are geared towards a much wider public, the weaving mill has state-of-the-art machine looms that can create high-quality fabrics in less time.
Lelievre Paris has collaborated with high-end decorative projects in hotels, residences, restaurants, and historic buildings. Some of the hotels in Paris where one can find Lelievre fabrics are the Acanthe, Courcelles Etoile, Elysées Hotel, Hotel Blomet, Hotel de Seze, La Chambre du Marais, Ritz Carlton, Souquet Hotel, and XO Hotel. The company has participated in restorative projects for some iconic castles like Augerville Castle, Fléchères Castle, Leeds Castle, Lyme Park, Versailles Castle, and Windsor Castle.
Emmanuel Lelièvre is the General Manager of Lelievre Paris. After earning a BA in International Business, he worked for more than 10 years as a trader internationally. He is now the leader of the family company continuing the tradition of being one of the leaders in the decoration and luxury fabrics community.
