The WorkRoom proudly serves clients around the world. We can arrange direct international shipping for eligible fabrics, wallpapers and trims to many destinations, subject to manufacturer and country restrictions.

Direct International Shipping

Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm whether your selected products can be shipped directly to your destination and provide available shipping options.

Please send us the product link or pattern number, quantity needed and complete shipping address so we can provide the most accurate information.

International shipping rates do not include customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees or other destination charges. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and, when applicable, are typically collected by the carrier before delivery.

Availability varies by country, manufacturer and product.

U.S. Freight Forwarders

If direct international shipping is unavailable for your country or selected brand, a U.S.-based freight-forwarding service may provide another option. These companies provide you with a U.S. shipping address, receive your order on your behalf and then forward it to your international address.

Orders of $200 or more receive complimentary standard shipping to eligible continental U.S. addresses, including qualifying freight-forwarding addresses. Orders under $200 are subject to our standard $29.99 U.S. shipping charge.

Samples can only be shipped to U.S. addresses. International customers may have samples sent to a U.S. freight-forwarding address.

International and freight-forwarded orders are final sale.

For freight-forwarded orders, The WorkRoom's responsibility ends once delivery is confirmed at the U.S. address provided. Any subsequent loss, damage, delay or customs issue must be handled directly with the forwarding company or international carrier.
