Shipping rates are calculated per order and may vary for oversized or special items.

Samples & Swatches

Ordering samples first is always a good idea before you commit to a full order.

• Shipping: Free, via First Class Mail or the vendor's preferred method
• Delivery: Usually 1–4 business days to ship, arriving within 10 business days
• Limit: 18 swatches per order
• Coverage: All 50 states and U.S. territories
  

Delivery Times

Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days, depending on manufacturer availability. Fabric and wallpaper are carefully rolled for secure transit via UPS, FedEx, or USPS — some deliveries may require a signature.

Expedited Shipping

A few things to know:

• Processing still takes 1–3 business days; same-day shipping isn't guaranteed
• Items stocked outside the U.S. or shipped direct from the mill aren't eligible
• All expedited requests are subject to approval and weight limitations
• Samples can't be expedited

Delays caused by FedEx, UPS, or USPS are outside our control and non-refundable.

Phillip Jeffries ships only within the 50 U.S. states. We're happy to help with alternative recommendations if you're outside this range.
